Standard delivery

We are proud to offer an efficient standard delivery service, which is available on most of our products. Delivery lead times are shown against individual products or in the basket. On selected larger products our customer service team, or in some cases our suppliers, will contact you to arrange a delivery date that's right for you.

Some products may be delivered straight to your door from one of our suppliers and these products will be labelled within the product description.

Deliveries to postcodes starting in AB, BT, KW, IV, PH, PA or TR may take a little longer than stated on our website, our carriers will be in touch to confirm your delivery date.

Selected products are not available for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Next or named day delivery

If you can't wait to get your hands on your product, next day delivery is available on selected items if you order before 4pm Sunday to Friday. You may also have the option to arrange your delivery on a day of your choice, subject to availability. Costs vary depending on the product and day of delivery. Restrictions may apply.

Click & Collect

You can place a Click & Collect order online and your items will be ready for you in a flash (one hour to be precise!), subject to store opening times. If an item is not available at your local store, we may be able to send the item to your local store within 2 days, subject to availability.
